It is a 45m2 flat, refurbished in 2011, situated in the South Villa, South-
West orientated and thus benefiting from the setting sun.

This 3-bedrooms accommodation is fully equipped :
-The big bedroom, with its two single beds (90×190) and its dressing, its
seaside style decoration will remind of you the theme of your stay.
– The second bedroom, very romantic, is equipped with a double bed
(140×190)
– The living-room with its flat screen TV, its open-plan kitchen
(induction hobs, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer,
mini oven, …), leads you straight to the terrace where you will be able to
admire our garden.
– The blue-lavender bathroom is equipped with toilets, shower, basin and
towels are at your disposal.
– And, to fully enjoy holidays, a 25m2 terrace with is dining area, its
deckchairs, its parasol, completely closed and secure for the safety of
the youngest ones.

• Low season : January, February, March, November, December
  (except school holiday)
• Middle season : April, October, Christmas holiday
• High season : May, June, September
• Very high season : July, August
• Minimum night stay : 2 nights

For booking : 30%deposit, remaining balance on arrival.
A 300€ security deposit is required on your arrival, which will
be handed back to you on your departure.

« Chèque-vacances » are accepted.
A washing-machine, highchair and a baby bathtub are placed at
your disposal, free of charge.
